To better serve our customers, Surya PowerTech installed a state-of- the-art powder coating department. Motivated by the growing need for fast coating, we have the technology to tremendously reduce turnaround time. With the ability to adhere evenly to all clean metal surfaces and produce a high specification coating which is relatively durable and ecologically safe, powder coating technology is the preferred surface finishing process.

Our Powder Coatings process produces products that prevent cracking, peeling, corrosion and are chemical resistant. The performance characteristics of our powder coating process match or exceed the characteristics achieved from conventional solvent-based coatings. Any metal object that can hold an electrostatic charge and withstand the heat of the curing process can be powder coated.
